1 General Provisions
499ba is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 499ba platform, its website, and all associated services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the 499ba platform ("499ba", "we", "us"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

The key terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:

2 Account Registration
A valid account is required to play games or carry out any financial transactions on 499ba. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2.1 Registration Conditions
- Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be closed.
- The name, address, mobile number, and other information provided at registration must be completely truthful.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
- Opening an account in another person's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. Any unauthorised access must be reported to 499ba support immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account.
2.3 Identity Verification
499ba reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
3 Age Verification & Eligibility
499ba is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request proof of age at any time. If it is found that a user is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Additionally, if a person is located in an area where online gaming is legally prohibited, it is their own responsibility to ensure they are permitted to use the platform. 499ba does not provide legal advice on this matter.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 499ba platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
- Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through a third party are prohibited. Such transactions will be cancelled.
- Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to your account balance.
- Responsibility for payment processing delays lies with the respective payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering conditions have been met.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
- 499ba reserves the right to carry out additional verification in the case of unusual transactions.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). A conversion rate may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses and promotional offers from 499ba are provided under specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
5.2 Wagering Conditions
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each offer may only be claimed once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering conditions have been met.
- 499ba reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- VIP members receive weekly cashback across three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
6 Gaming Rules
499ba is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated on the basis of fair play principles.
6.1 Game Results
All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer method. These results are impartial and there is no possibility of external interference. Game results are final and cannot be changed, except in cases of technical error.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage, network issue, or other technical error, 499ba will take reasonable steps to address the situation. The policy of the relevant game provider will be followed regarding bets placed at the time of disconnection.
6.3 Maximum Win Limits
A maximum win limit may apply to certain promotional and bonus games. This limit will be stated in the conditions of the relevant promotion.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499ba platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Fraud, manipulation, or playing by any other dishonest means.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
- Exploiting any software bug or vulnerability in the platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
- Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Unauthorised use of the 499ba brand or intellectual property.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Rights of 499ba
499ba reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
- The need for an active investigation.
8.2 User Rights
You may request closure of your own account at any time. Any existing bonus conditions will be cancelled before the request is processed. The ability to withdraw legitimate funds will generally be maintained, though this may differ in cases under investigation.

12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any applicable promotional terms together form the complete agreement between the user and 499ba. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
